Lem Clark
Main Campus - Executive Director
Lem is a native of Orlando, FL, an ordained minister and a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Seminary. Prior to joining the PCH staff in January 1996, Lem pastored for 14 years and worked for several major corporations in the administrative field. He and his wife Sandy have four children and two grandchildren. His experience and God's call make Lem an asset to the ministry at Penfield Christian Homes.

Karri Godbee
Main Campus - Administrative Specialist
Karri is a native of Greene County and lives in Union Point along with her husband, Trenton, and daughter Kensley. Karri graduated from Bethel Christian School in 1999 and has 5 years of banking experience. Karri started working at Penfield Christian Homes in the administration office in April of 2005.

Jaime Santangelo
Main Campus - Administrative Assistant
Jaime is a native of Niagara Falls, NY. After living in South Florida for most of her life, she moved to Georgia with her family in 2003. Before coming to Penfield Christian Home in March 2008 she worked as a bank teller for over two years. Jaime now works in the administration office at the main Penfield Campus.

Bryant Miller
Main Campus - Program Director (CAC-II, CCS, MAC, ICCDP-D, BCCC)
Bryant has been the Program Director of Penfield Christian Homes, Inc. since April 1995. Bryant married his high school sweetheart, Donna, in June of 1973. They have five sons and five granddaughters. Bryant was an Army Aviator, Cobra Pilot, before receiving the call to ministry. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as a Georgia Baptist Pastor. Prior to coming to Penfield, Bryant was the Substance Abuse Outpatient Program Director for the ten counties served by Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare. Bryant has been active with the Georgia Addictions Counselor Association, serving on the Certification Board, the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Training and Education Committee. Bryant has also served as Parliamentarian of the founding board of the Georgia School of Addiction Studies, on the Advisory Board of the Southeast addiction Technology Transfer Center, the Education Committee of the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, and on the steering committee of the Association of Recovery Ministries. In 2003 Bryant received the GACA John Mooney Distinguished Service Award and in 2006 received the GACA President’s Award for significant contribution to the field of addiction.

Bill King
Main Campus - Clinical Director (BS, MDIV, DMIN, CAC-II, CCS, MAC)
Bill is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, and received his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and his M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received a D. Min from Erskine Theological Seminary with his thesis project being "Teaching How to Mentor Recovering Addicts," Before coming to Penfield Christian Home he was the pastor of Sardis Baptist Church in Sardis, Georgia, for 13 years leading the congregation to work with recovering addicts by setting up recovery residences.

Robert Schwartz
Main Campus - Counselor (CAC-I)
Robert is a native of Valdosta Georgia. He is a graduate of World Reach Bible Institute and an ordained minister of the gospel. Robert is also on staff at Cleveland Road Baptist Church in Bogart, Georgia serving as the director of Celebrate Recovery. He has served as a Georgia State Representative for Celebrate Recovery since 2008. Robert has worked with recovering alcoholics and drug addicts since 2005. Robert's hope is that in sharing his personal life experiences and his relationship with Jesus Christ, that others may find freedom from the bondage of addiction.

Donnie Plummer
Main Campus - Admissions (CAC-I)
Donnie Plummer is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is a three year Army veteran who served at Ft. Benning GA from 1981-1984 as a Combat Medic. After his service in the Army he started his 25 year career in substance abuse and mental health treatment for adults and adolescents, and Domestic Violence counseling for men. He has worked at West Central GA Regional Hospital in Columbus GA, the New Horizons Community Service Board in Columbus GA, and most recently, the Pathways Community Service Board in LaGrange GA. Donnie is a Certified Addiction Counselor I and served on the Board of Directors of GACA for 4 years. Donnie’s family consists of his twin daughters and a growing relationship with their mother. He believes that God places where you are needed in life to make a difference in someone’s life and guide them and one’s self to his glory.” Although I am not in recovery from drugs or alcohol myself, I am from a family with a long history of alcoholism and some drug addiction. I believe that life and experience has taught me that addiction is about more than just drugs and alcohol, and that we all have the capacity to become addicted to something in our lifetime. No one is immune to addiction or its effects on our lives and the lives of our loved ones. I hope that with my experience and love for God, I can help someone overcome their struggles with addiction and all the turmoil addiction brings in their lives, and help them to connect with and trust in the glory and goodness of God.”

David Cronic
Main Campus - Admissions (CADC-I)
Rev. David Cronic was born and raised in Morgan County. He graduated from Morgan County High School in 1990 and now resides in Union Point, GA. David along with his wife Lisa Marie Cronic have 4 boys, Craig Cronic, Michael Alexander, Will Cronic, and Kadin Cronic. They have been actively engaged full time ministry since 2008. Prior to coming to Penfield Christian Homes, David, was employed at a local outpatient recovery program in Greensboro, GA. David credits his personal sobriety to God’s grace and to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Randy Free
Main Campus - Building & Grounds Maintenance
Randy is a native of Canton, GA and has lived in Penfield for the past eighteen years. Randy has over 30 years of home remodeling and painting experience and brings to Penfield Christian Home a vast knowledge of home repair. Randy and his wife Patsy have three children. Randy works a twelve-step program of recovery and is grateful to serve in the healing work of God.

Dan McDaniel
Main Campus - Information Technology (MCSE, CCNP, CCSP)
Dan is a native of Watkinsville, GA. He spent several years in Colorado while attending Colorado State University and working in the field of network engineering. God brought Dan to Penfield to free him from a tumultuous relationship with drugs in 2005. After going through the program Dan felt the strong call to serve God and to give back to the Ministry that saved his life.

David Jordan

David is a native Georgian and a graduate of Brewton-Parker College, Mt. Vernon, GA. and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth, TX. David is a Master Addiction Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor and a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomat. David serves on the Advisory Board of the Southeast Addiction Technology Transfer Center and is a mentor for their Leadership Institute. He has been a presenter at state and national training conferences on addiction treatment. He is an ordained minister of the Gospel. David serves as the Director of Development for Penfield Christian Homes. He also serves as Pastor of Penfield Baptist Church. David is grateful to be able fulfill God's call to minister to the chemically dependent as a staff member at Penfield.

Jay Neal
North Campus - Director
Jay is a native of Heiskell, TN and graduated from Powell High School in 1981. He enrolled in The University of Tennessee and majored in Mechanical Engineering. Following his second year at UTK, he answered the call to preach and transferred to Emmanuel Theological Seminary where he received a Bachelor of Theology. Jay married Gretchen Banther in 1984 and they have two children, Jessica and Brittney. He and Gretchen are the proud grandparents of Delainey and Dauson Yarbrough and Raelyn and Kaius Woods. Prior to joining Penfield Jay served God as Pastor of three churches for a total of 25 years. In 2004 Jay was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives where he is a leading advocate for Addiction Treatment and Recovery. In 2011 Jay authored HB265 which created the Criminal Justice Reform Council for Georgians and continues to work toward reforming the way Georgia addresses the drug offender population.

Michael Felder
North Campus - Counselor (BA, MA, CADC II)
Michael’s experiences have taught him how God uses addiction to draw people to Himself so He can reveal who He is and who they can become in Him. By God's grace and calling Michael serves as an Addiction Counselor as he continues his recovery journey.
Michael, a native of Charleston, SC, graduated from Charleston Southern University, Charleston, S.C. and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX. As an ordained minister he served Georgia churches as a Minister of Education and Youth, Associate Pastor, and Minister of Education. He served LifeWay Christian Resources as an Editor in Chief, Lead Adult Ministry Specialist, and Adult Ventures Section Manager. In these roles he taught church leaders across the nation as well as creating, editing, supervising, and publishing magazines, undated studies, video studies, and books. In addition to serving as an Addiction Counselor for Penfield, Michael also currently serves as an Advisory Board Member and Contributing Editor for churchcurriculum.com.

Allen H. Stone

Allen is a native of Lafayette, GA. He is married with three children. Allen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Berry College. He is an ordained Deacon and began his ministry as Sunday School director at First Baptist Church of LaFayette and teacher with Kids4Christ.

Matt McUmber
North Campus - Counselor (BS, CADC-II)
Matt, a native of Hawkinsville, GA, graduated from Springfield College in Tampa, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. Since 2007 he has worked with other men struggling with addiction in various capacities. Prior to Penfield he served as a Counseling Intern at Solutions Counseling Service, Valdosta, GA. He is currently working on a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work through Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN. Matt feels privileged to be a part of the Penfield program and to be able to minister to those struggling with addictions.

Allen Burris
North Campus - Counselor (CAC-I)
Allen is a native of Trion, GA where he assisted in setting up a recovery residence as well as ministering to addicts and alcoholics for over 15 years. He is an ordained minister of the Gospel. Allen also served as a missionary to Costa Rica and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He has a strong desire to serve the Lord by helping to set men free from alcohol and drugs and is grateful to be able to do so. Allen was named the 2009 New Counselor of the Year by the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association.

Walter Muller

Walt is a native of Roselle Park and Rutherford, NJ. He has a BA in Psychology from the College of Santa Fe, NM and an MA Counseling from Webster University, MI. Walt is a retired 20 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he and his wife Kim have two children. He has been counseling professionally for the past 13 years and has been working a 12 step program of recovery for over 23 years. Walt is grateful and blessed to have answered God's call to minister to the chemically dependent at PCH.

Casey Corbin
South Campus - Clinical Director - Counselor (BA, CADC-II, CCS)
Casey is originally from Illinois, but has live the last 20 years in Valdosta GA with his wife and four children. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Valdosta State University and is a graduate of Focus on the Family’s Institute for Family Studies and their Counseling Enrichment Program. Casey is a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor II and is a Certified Clinical Supervisor. His 14 years’ experience in the substance abuse field include working in all areas of the continuum of addiction services which lead to owing his own counseling program. He came to Penfield from being the Program Director of outpatient services at a local mental health hospital.

Buddy Horton
South Campus - Counselor (BS, CADC-II)
Buddy is a native of Milledgeville, Ga. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in history. Buddy has taught social studies and coached high school baseball in the Georgia public school system. He is certified under the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium, and is excited about the opportunity to minister to alcoholics and addicts. He feels that God has a calling upon his life to help hurting men of all ages to become free from the disease of addiction. Buddy works a twelve step program in his life and feels that the combination of sound biblical psychology and the twelve step program taught at Penfield has allowed God to touch the lives of many men. Buddy is grateful to be able to serve the chemically dependent as a staff member at Penfield.

Dallas Bennett
South Campus - Counselor (BA, MA, CADC-II)
Dallas is a native of Valdosta, Georgia and a United States Marine Corps veteran. He attended North Florida Christian College and Liberty University. He has a BA and MA in Christian Counseling. He is an ordained minister and served as a Campus Pastor at Valdosta State University for four years. He has worked as a professional counselor in the addictions field since 1994 and served in the positions of; program director, clinical supervisor and clinical therapist. He has been happily married for 28 years and he and his wife have three grown boys and one grandson.
